Sambit has been part of Journey Through The Senses since its earliest days, bringing a strong track record in community building, event management, and budget stewardship to the organization from the start. As Vice President, he has led fundraising campaigns and public relations strategy, managing annual marketing budgets while coordinating outreach events, seminars, and art exhibitions. His work has forged lasting partnerships with local organizations, subject matter experts, and Neurodiverse Artists — connecting individuals to resources and advancing Neurodiversity awareness in workplaces and communities alike.
Sambit’s community-building instincts run deep: earlier in his career, he supported large-scale public event coordination in India, including government-led tourism and cultural initiatives drawing millions of participants. He combines this grounding in high-stakes, high-volume event execution with disciplined budget management, ensuring the organization’s community programs run efficiently without compromising on impact.
Sambit has carried this same community-building and event leadership into other mission-driven organizations, including the ManKind Project and Boys to Men, contributing his event coordination and budgeting expertise to their programs as well.
An engineer by training, Sambit is also one of the driving forces behind technology initiatives at Journey Through The Senses, bringing hands-on technical delivery — including the organization’s ongoing cloud infrastructure work — to complement his community and events leadership.
